Sometimes people need an answer right away (gameshows like jeopadry for example). That's why we have this. If your question is not here please email us so we can get back to you. If you want your question to be put here, bug us enough times and it'll be frequently asked, we might update the site with your question.
Q: Why is your green tea not green?
A: Because tea is named after the color it is once it is dried. So green tea is green when it is dry, and black tea black. But the tea (drink) is light brown. The green tea that you are thinking of its called matcha (japanese green tea powder), it is green because it is powdered and also alot of the times theres some food color.
Q: Why is your tea flowery?
A: What are you expecting? Tea is flowery because it comes from a plant. If you buy tea and it tastes like pork then you have problems. In fact the more flowery the tea the better the tea is. Bitter tea is incredibly bad and cheap quality tea.
Q: Why can we taste the tea?
A: We make milk teas, if our drinks don't taste like tea we made a mistake, please feel free to complain, we will gladly change it for you. But if you don't want it to taste like tea, well we're sorry we don't do that.
Q: Why don't you have rock salt?
A: That's because it is 100% synthetic, we do not like to sell things that are full of chemicals (we only use natural flavorings, never powder.) Even our flavorings only has 0.01% preservatives (why, thats almost nothing). Rock salt is made from tiny plastic looking pellets thats warmed up (we will never ever ever ever ever use it). Besides we have cheesecake tea, which is soooooo much better.
Q: Are you guys a local franchise?
A: Yup born and raised in the Philippines.
Q: Can I have milk tea if I'm diabetic?
A: No, not really. Lots of it is sugar, you'll need to order a drink with 0% sweetness and no toppings to be sure.
Q: I have an idea for a milk tea, can I share it with you so you'll make it?
A: Yes! You can most certainly share with us what you're looking for in a milk tea. Please email us at email@example.com please type EUREKA! in the subject heading (or if you wanna just say hey, you can email us too). But please understand that just because you emailed us doesn't mean we're actually going to make it.
Q: Your tea is not bitter, why?
A: It's great that it's not bitter, it means we use ultrapremium tea leaves and that we prepare it proper. Bitter means cheap, bad quality stuff, and made wrong.
Q: Why don't you use the teapresso?
A: Lots of reasons. One, coffee and tea are not the same. For one thing, theres no such thing as instant tea that you can drink right away. Even tea bags need 3-4 mins steeping to make it (so you cant treat coffee and tea the same way). Espresso machines use 9 bars of pressure on the coffee beans but tea is delicate, and all that pressure destroys the tastes and nutrients. Another thing is the temperature of the machines are too hot for the tea leaves so they will never make a proper cup of tea, and will never make a milk tea properly. But mostly because we know what we're doing so we don't need a shiny thingsto bring people into the shops (our drinks do that for us).
